Þórsmörk, the valley of the god Thor, is surrounded by fantastic landscapes and three glaciers: Mýrdalsjökull, Tindfjallajökull and Eyjafjallajökull. Experiencing the magnificent forest area gives you a feeling of seclusion and tranquillity. On the way there, you will stop at impressive places such as the Gígjökull glacier, which has changed dramatically since the volcanic eruption in 2010. A local guide will give you an insight into this strange world and accompany you on a hike in Þórsmörk. How much you want to hike is entirely up to you. The super jeeps are adapted to the rough terrain and are also suitable for crossing the raging and ice-cold glacier rivers. The tour can also be organized as a private tour on request.
